Apple Coffee Cake

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together well. Gradually add oil.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients and combine with egg mixture.
  3. Fold in apples and nuts.
  4. Bake in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan at 350 F (175 C) for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 4 tsp. sugar on top as soon as it is taken out of the oven.
